Important Notes for Participants:
- The fee rates are V.A.T. excluded (net amounts). Depending on the provided information in the registration form (Company, Country, VAT registration number) an additional 21% (VAT rate) may be added to the above fee rates.
- The registration fees can be paid by Direct Bank Transfer.
- Online registration will be available until September 1st, 2025. After this date, registration can be performed only on-desk during the days of the event and all payments there will be done only by credit/debit card.
Important Notes for Authors/Presenters:
- Each participant is limited to giving, at most two (2) presentations.
- In order that a work to be presented, included in the AICOMATS 2025 Conference proceedings, and be eligible for the special issues, at least one author of this work, is needed to have a paid registration for the AICOMATS 2025 Conference.
- Αll presenters should complete their registration (payment included) by July 15th, 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
Delegates canceling before July 31st, 2025 will receive a refund, minus a 15% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations from August 1st, 2025.
